I RAN 2 MILES EVERYDAY FOR 30 DAYS (weight loss)

WELCOME BACK TO MY CHANNEL!

This past month I ran 2 miles everyday! I wanted to share with you guys my results.
I decided to do this month long challenge because I wanted to do something with a longer time frame than just a week. I remember a couple of years ago I lost about 15 lbs just by running daily for about 2 month so I thought this would be the best way to jumpstart my weight loss journey.

I’m telling you guys I’m serious about losing weight this year. Some days were very hard for me to get into the gym but through it all I am so glad I did this!
